These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms and conditions which can be found here .

 

1) Offer applies to sales in the UK only.

2) The complete consignment needs to be returned to our warehouse for credit to be given.

3) Your claim must be made in writing clearly stating what the problem is, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

4) This offer may be withdrawn at any time.

5)  Credit will be for cups alone and will not include accessories, artwork or transportation costs.
